Cancellation Policy

*Services- All sales of services are final. Under no circumstances are any services or payments made refundable. *Gift cards- All gift card sales are final and non refundable. All gift cards are a one year expiration from date of purchase, with no exceptions . Gift cards are for a service & not refundable for cash value. *Online gift cards- Are service-specific and not transferable between Sterling Rivers Spa Massage Therapy and Sterling Rivers Spa Esthetics. All online gift card sales are final. Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and must be redeemed toward a service only. Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or transferred between service categories. By purchasing an online gift card, you agree to these terms. *Cancelation policy- We request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Failing to give 24-hour notice will result in a 70% charge. Any no-shows will be charged 100% of their service amount. Multiple appointments (two or more service) require 48 hours. For groups booking service appointments (such as wedding parties, etc.) we respectfully request at least 72 hours notice for any cancellations or schedule changes
